speed

out at 9:30 back at 10:15. sunday was distance, monday was strength, and tonight was speed training. mash them pedals, i was riding so hard in the first 15 that the soles of feet hurt. with the ss it's all about high rpm, 38x16 winds out pretty quick. it all means nothing though w/out an opponent, but i'm sure i'll find a target soon enough. nice to break a sweat at 50 degrees though.
